Returns & Exchanges

At BASED, we stand behind the quality of our beauty products and offer a 30-day return policy for any items that do not meet your expectations. To maintain hygiene standards, we ask that returned products remain in their original packaging and are largely unused.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
